This pre-launch website uses the customer-facing brand SectorMade and is operated by Wesley Palm, an individual sole proprietor trading as ZA Digital Studio in South Africa.

Before electronic checkout is activated, this page will be updated with a dedicated business telephone number, physical business address and address for service of legal documents as required for electronic transactions. 3. Products, free resources and purchases
Some free resources may be downloaded directly from this website without submitting personal information. Purchases and other downloads are completed through the linked third-party storefront. Before ordering, review the product description, compatibility, included files, licence, total price, delivery method and refund policy. Product-specific terms, the commercial-use licence and the published refund policy form part of the purchase agreement. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting terms.

Prices are in South African rand unless stated otherwise. The checkout shows the amount payable. The operator is not registered for VAT and does not add VAT. Promotional limits will be stated clearly. We may correct genuine pricing, description or availability errors before accepting an order without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Digital-product licence
Unless stated otherwise, purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the named purchaser or one business to use the files for its own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload or make the original or editable files available to another person or business, or claim them as your intellectual property.
6. No guarantee of results
Tools are designed to improve clarity, consistency and efficiency. We do not guarantee bookings, sales, reach, income, profit or another business result. You must check names, prices, dates, availability, contact details and claims before publishing.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or products to break the law, infringe rights, mislead customers, distribute malware, gain unauthorised access, overload a service, or make false, discriminatory or harmful claims.
8. Intellectual property
The website, branding, product content, copy, graphics, layouts, templates and software are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by applicable law. No ownership transfers unless a written product licence expressly says so.

Linked social media, storefront and payment services have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content or practices except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Support, faults and refunds
Email zadigitalstudiosupport@gmail.com with the order reference and issue description. Do not include payment credentials or passwords. Our refund policy does not exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SectorMade operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss from using this informational website or relying on general content. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our privacy notice explains how personal information is handled. The static website has no account, contact form, analytics or advertising pixel.

We may update the website, products and these terms or suspend the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons. The current terms show their update date.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing prevents a consumer from approaching a regulator, ombud, tribunal or court with jurisdiction.
